Armatis, a Committed Player in Data Protection

As a contact center operator, our Group naturally processes large volumes of personal data. Aware of our duties and responsibilities, Armatis has established a dedicated organization to uphold an ambitious data protection policy—an essential trust factor for all stakeholders (clients, suppliers and partners, employees and candidates, consumers, users, and citizens). Integrity, confidentiality, and complete transparency in data management are the guiding principles for Armatis’ business conduct.

Appropriate technical and organizational measures have been defined and implemented to ensure adequate protection throughout the data lifecycle.

All Group employees, as primary data protection actors, have been trained and are regularly made aware of GDPR-related issues.

Committed to a holistic vision of accountability and collective intelligence in data protection, Armatis affirms its commitments in its Privacy and Data Protection Charter.
