Armatis has obtained ISO 27001 certification

Armatis has obtained ISO 27001 certification, an international reference standard for implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and attesting to the existence of management procedures, processes and systems designed to identify cyberthreats, control related risks and implement appropriate protection measures in order to ensure confidentiality, availability and integrity of information.

Why ISO 27001?

In the face of the growing challenges involved in cybersecurity and in order to guarantee its clients maximum levels of confidentiality and security vis-à-vis their data, Armatis wanted ISO 27001 certification for all its departments and subsidiaries *

Carried out by Bureau Veritas Certification, a certifying body accredited at international level, ISO 27001 certification covers: support services, digital services, contact centres, outsourcing of activities, consultancies, market studies, teleworking activities, IT support and exploitation of physical data centres, and management of services and information held in physical data centres and cloud storage.

Armatis would like to thank all the employees who rallied round and helped put data security and protection at the heart of our corporate culture.

“Compliance with the most exacting international security standards is central to Armatis’ security policy. This new certification is another sign of our maturity, alongside the PCI DSS Service Provider Level 1 certification already acquired for our clients in the banking sector, and complements the standards and best practices already implemented in the Group: GDPR, ISO 27005, SecNumCloud and ANSSI and CNIL recommendations.”

Vincent Dupont, Armatis’ Chief Information Security Officer.

By integrating the standard’s requirements into all its activities on a daily basis, Armatis meets its clients’, partners’ and suppliers’ expectations and requirements, ensuring them that we’ve introduced information security processes in compliance with the best practices currently applicable.

“It guarantees the security and confidentiality of all data entrusted or made available to us. Confirmation that the measures required to protect ourselves against data breaches and leaks have been implemented, and a guarantee of Armatis’ ongoing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (including the GDPR)”.

Damien Réveillon, Legal Director and DPO Armatis.
