Regarding PD collection…

We guarantee that the personal data collected will not be processed at a later date in a way incompatible with the purposes described above and/or in the GDPR reference attached to the form. Data are retained for the period necessary to the purpose of the processing, i.e., excepting any specific duration stated on the form, as long as the contact remains active. In the event of their becoming inactive, data will be erased after 3 years.

Armatis and all its subsidiaries’ departments (sales, marketing, etc.) are recipients of the data collected by our website.

Armatis takes every precaution required to maintain your data’s security. In this regard, it implements a Personal Data Protection Policy given concrete expression by deployment of adequate technical and organisational measures guaranteeing a level of security appropriate to the risk involved, maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal data, and, in particular, preventing them from being distorted or damaged, or being accessed by an unauthorised third party.

Your personal data are stored in France on our own infrastructures and by our host data processor located in the European Union, on secure servers accessible to a limited number of people with special right of access to these systems.
