Customer relations: Armatis opens its second site in Tunisia

  • This new expansion means that Armatis now has 11 sites abroad
  • Armatis Tunisia now has over 800 employees divided between two sites, with expertise covering such fields as banking, telecoms and energy.

Tunis/Paris, 15 December 2022 – The Armatis Group, a specialist in outsourcing of customer relations since 1989, is continuing its growth and has announced the opening of a second site in Tunis.

The top-quality 3500-m² site is provided with 450 workstations and currently has 360 employees.

It complements the Group’s overall activity by diversifying its offer to clients in the energy, banking, telecom and e-commerce sectors. With this new site, Armatis now has a total of 22 locations: 11 in France and 11 abroad, with over 9,000 employees in all.

Franck Berthier, Deputy Managing Director, reflects on Tunisia’s importance as part of Armatis’ offer:

“We’ve been located in Tunis since 2006. This new site is the fulfilment of our determination to reinforce our teams and facilities in Tunisia in order to extend the service we provide to our client partners. It’s the natural consequence of the engagement of our Tunis teams, whose expertise and knowhow are acknowledged by a great many leading companies.

Armatis’ activity in Tunisia has grown significantly over the last ten years.

The company now wants to give fresh momentum to this longstanding location, with over 800 employees and strong territorial anchorage through institutional, academic and professional partnerships.

This growth is an accolade to the work of everyone with Armatis DNA in their veins, whether they’re employees, service providers or connected with our local partners”, the site’s Director, Omar Benslimane, asserts. “Armatis’ values are upheld beyond our sites’ borders by benign, committed individuals who give real meaning to the relationships that unite us all: the National Agency for Employment and Self-Employment (ANETI), the Customs, GMT, the Labour Inspectorate, Tunis’ governorates and town halls, Bizerte, and Menzel Jmil are among the many examples embodying this ‘win-win’ collaboration, not forgetting our Armatis employees, who, thanks to their commitment, efficacy and devotion, make our sites real ‘best places to work’!”.

The Group is recruiting on all it sites; positions that need filling are detailed here.

Armatis Tunisia was voted “Best Place to Work” in 2021.
