Armatis continues its international expansion with new Poland site

Armatis, one of the French leaders in customer relations, has acquired a new site in Poland entirely dedicated to Canal+.

This acquisition brings the number of Armatis’ international sites up to 10 and asserts its drive to expand in fast-growing and highly dynamic regions.

Armatis Poland currently employs more than 1,000 people at five sites, three of which are dedicated to international customers and employ 700 people. The activity is divided between customer service (65%) and telesales (35%).

Paris, February 17, 2021 French company Armatis, one of the leaders in customer relations outsourcing, is expanding its international presence with the acquisition of a twenty-first global site located in Katowice, Poland.

This 1300 sqm. site is equipped with 200 workstations and employs more than 160 people. These employees join the 1,000 current employees of the Armatis Polska subsidiary spread over the group’s existing four sites: Warsaw, Krakow, Stalowa Wola and Bielsko-Biała.

Currently, the Katowice site is dedicated to the activities of Canal+, one of Armatis Polska’s main partners for the past 7 years. The site’s mission will be to focus on:

  • customer service management,
  • the renewal of Canal+ customer subscriptions,
  • the sale of subscriptions to prospects.
