Paris, February 21, 2025 – French group Armatis, a specialist in outsourced customer experience management since 1989, has turned a new page in its history by relocating its headquarters from Boulogne-Billancourt to 4bis Rue des Pâtures, in Paris’s 16th arrondissement. This move reflects the company’s commitment to fostering a collaborative and dynamic ecosystem for its employees, clients, and partners. The new space features modern, tailor-made facilities designed to encourage interaction and innovation, in line with the group’s values and ambitions.

A Welcoming, Flexible, and Purpose-Driven Headquarters

The building is the result of a collaboration between Armatis and several French companies: property manager Continuum, construction firm SAS Cobra, and Vilo Bach Architecture, which oversaw the renovation of the existing structure. The interior design was developed in partnership with Architecture Côte d’Opale, with a focus on blending raw wood, greenery, and transparency to create an open, comfortable, and inclusive environment.

Spanning 762.05 square meters across three floors, the new headquarters brings together all of the group’s divisions in a space designed to promote collaboration in a modern and welcoming setting. The offices include sixty workstations arranged between open-plan areas and private offices, along with seven meeting rooms. Several outdoor spaces complement the layout, including a courtyard garden and four lounge or relaxation areas. A cafeteria and a fully equipped kitchen complete the facilities.

In line with its commitment to inclusion—already reflected in partnerships across several of its sites—Armatis has chosen Café Joyeux, a social enterprise that supports the employment of people with mental disabilities, as its coffee supplier for the new headquarters.

A Year of Transformation

“We needed to invest in a new space to create a work environment that fosters engagement and creativity,” said David Gillaux, CEO of Armatis since January 2024. “2025 will undoubtedly be a turning point for Armatis. Our goal is to expand our service offering and become a key partner for European companies in customer acquisition and satisfaction. To achieve this, we must provide our teams with the best possible working conditions.”

Martin Dufourcq, Director of Strategy and Solutions, added: “We can now welcome our colleagues and clients into a more modern, open—and inspiring—space! This move is just the first step in a series of exciting developments we’ll be unveiling in the coming months, from enhanced expertise and AI-powered solutions to new areas of activity. The momentum is here, and we’re committed to creating environments that match our ambitions across all our sites.”

Armatis is continuing to renovate and modernize its production sites both in France and internationally. Following renovations in Châteauroux in 2023 and the opening of new offices in Villeneuve d’Ascq in April 2024, the new Armatis site in Tunis is set to open in 2025. Additional projects are also underway in Nevers, Poitiers, and Boulogne-sur-Mer.
