
Paris, October 16, 2024 – French customer experience outsourcing specialist Armatis is expanding its footprint in Central Europe by taking over the Customer Service operations of Polish group eSky in Bulgaria.
This strategic move allows Armatis to strengthen its presence in the region while enriching its teams with highly skilled, multilingual professionals. It follows eSky’s decision to optimize its customer service operations by entrusting them to Armatis in Bulgaria.

This strategic operation enables us to deepen our collaboration with eSky while integrating a team of highly experienced customer service advisors. We plan to grow this team, which will eventually serve other Armatis clients using our multilingual capabilities,” said David Gillaux, Chairman and CEO of Armatis.
