
Armatis, a French pioneer in customer experience, today announces the creation of Armatis Technology, a new subsidiary focused on designing, developing, marketing, and operating innovative technology solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Since early September, Armatis Technology has brought together all of the group’s technological expertise to offer a comprehensive portfolio—from custom tool development to distribution—while ensuring optimal performance and support.
With around 30 employees located across France and Poland, the new entity already supports more than 30 clients and generates revenue exceeding €3 million.
A Key Initial Offering: The SquAire Suite
Among its first projects, Armatis Technology has launched SquAire, a suite that consolidates and standardizes the group’s existing technology initiatives, delivering internal and external clients a coherent, reliable, and scalable set of solutions.
To ensure a secure rollout, Armatis has made a significant investment supported by an external partner, enabling a rapid and sustainable market launch.
