Once again, several Armatis-supported clients have been honored at the 2026 Customer Service of the Year Awards (ESCDA). This recognition highlights their ongoing commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.​

ENGIE: Double winner in consumer and professional categories
ENGIE excelled in two categories. This strong recognition reflects team dedication and a strategy focused on impeccable customer experiences.

TotalEnergies Marketing France: Exemplary customer service
TotalEnergies Marketing France was distinguished for the quality of its support and continuous efforts to enhance every customer journey step. TOTAL holds the ESCDA record with 17 titles, achieved in partnership with Armatis.​

Carrefour: Confirmed leadership
For the fourth year in a row, Carrefour wins in the large retail category. This performance demonstrates its lasting focus on listening, proximity, and customer satisfaction.

Franfinance: Another star for excellence
Franfinance earns a second star in the credit organization category, rewarding its robust multichannel approach centered on customer needs.

Toshiba TEC: Warm congratulations to our winner
Toshiba TEC was awarded Customer Service of the Year in printing solutions. Though Armatis does not directly handle this service, we warmly congratulate this client and celebrate its overall performance.

A rigorous methodology
The “Customer Service of the Year 2026” awards are based on 205 mystery shopper evaluations conducted by Ipsos between May 12 and July 5, 2025. These tests replicate everyday scenarios: phone calls, emails, online searches, social media interactions, and chat conversations.​
