- This expansion brings the number of Armatis’s international sites to 11
- Armatis Tunisia now employs more than 800 staff across two sites, whose areas of expertise include banking, telecoms and energy.

Tunis/Paris, 15 December 2022 – The Armatis Group, a specialist in customer relationship outsourcing since 1989, is continuing to grow and has announced the opening of a second site in Tunis.
The 3,500 m² site, which is of an exceptionally high standard, has 450 workstations and currently employs 360 staff. It complements the group’s overall business by diversifying the range of services available to its clients in the energy, banking, telecoms and e-commerce sectors. With this new site, Armatis now has a total of 22 locations: 11 in France and 11 internationally, bringing the total number of staff to over 9,000.
Franck Berthier, Deputy Managing Director, discusses the importance of Tunisia within Armatis’s portfolio:
“We have been based in Tunis since 2006. This new site is the realisation of our commitment to strengthening our teams and our operations in Tunisia, in order to expand the services we offer to our client-partners. It is the natural outcome of the commitment shown by our teams in Tunis, whose expertise and know-how are recognised by many leading companies.”
Armatis’s business in Tunisia has experienced strong growth over the last ten years.
The company now wishes to breathe new life into this long-established site, which employs over 800 staff and is firmly rooted in the local community through partnerships with institutions, universities and the business sector.
“This growth is a testament to the hard work of everyone who embodies the Armatis ethos, whether they are employees, contractors or associated with our local partners,” says Omar Benslimane, Site Manager. “Armatis’ values are carried beyond the boundaries of our sites by committed and caring individuals and organisations, who give real meaning to the relationships that unite us: ANETI, Customs, GMT, the Labour Inspectorate, the governorates and town halls of Tunis, Bizerte and Menzel Jmil are just some of the many examples that embody this ‘win-win’ collaboration, not to mention our Armatis staff who, thanks to their reliability, efficiency and dedication, make our sites truly ‘best places to work’!”
The group is recruiting across all its sites; the vacancies in Tunis are listed here.
Armatis Tunisia was voted ‘Best Place to Work’ in 2021.
