A site designed for customer experience services and the development of new AI-related professions

Armatis is entering a new phase of acceleration in Madagascar. With nearly 4,000 sqm of facilities meeting the highest market standards, the French group aims to reach 700 employees by the end of 2027. The site is positioned as a next-generation center of expertise, combining operational excellence, employee experience, and skills development.

Armatis Madagascar

Following recent expansions in Portugal, Tunisia, and Morocco, Armatis is taking another step in its international growth strategy with Madagascar, reaffirming its long-term ambitions in the country. With more than 4,000 sqm of operational space, the site provides additional delivery capacity across a broad range of services. Built according to Armatis’ high standards of excellence, the facility offers modern and agile infrastructure designed to support the progressive onboarding of new French and pan-European client programs.

Following a successful launch earlier this year, Armatis Madagascar is strengthening its position through an expanded portfolio of Customer Experience (CX) services. The site is expected to reach 700 employees by the end of 2027.

This growth trajectory is supported by the development of digital activities and value-added services, particularly through collaboration with the Group’s specialist subsidiaries, Init and Armatis Technology. Software development, data qualification and enrichment, as well as services combining artificial intelligence with human expertise are already part of the site’s offering.

Over time, Armatis intends to establish Madagascar as a strategic skills hub for the Group, bringing together customer experience operations, digital expertise, and higher-value technical functions.

In this context, the Madagascar site embodies a technology-enabled operating model, leveraging the Group’s solutions and expertise to deliver highly efficient services.

Activities showcasing Armatis’ expertise and employees’ skills

Armatis teams in Madagascar are already involved in B2C surveys, customer satisfaction studies, data enrichment projects, and digital production services.

These assignments highlight the site’s ability to manage diverse and sometimes complex activities while leveraging local talent and the operational methodologies developed across the Armatis Group.

The Malagasy teams already operate according to the Group’s standards through dedicated training programs, close managerial support, and continuous quality monitoring. This first phase of activity will gradually enable the site to broaden its scope and develop new areas of expertise.

“Armatis Madagascar was designed from the outset to support the Group’s next stages of growth. We wanted to build a site capable of delivering quickly and efficiently while developing the skills we will need in the future. The first projects launched, the quality of our teams, and the opportunities currently underway show that this ambition is already becoming a reality.”

An employee experience embedded in the site’s design

To attract the best talent in the Antananarivo region, Armatis has placed employee experience and skills development at the heart of its project.

Employees benefit from Welcome Days and structured onboarding programs designed to facilitate integration and provide a clear understanding of the Group’s business activities, tools, and culture.

The site is also developing a local management pipeline, creating opportunities for career progression and internal promotion.

Employee well-being has been a key consideration from the very beginning. Team members benefit from private health insurance, company-provided transportation available day and night, a dedicated cafeteria area, and a “Culture & Activities” space designed to promote engagement and community life.

A tangible commitment to employment and skills development in Madagascar

As part of its broader impact-driven approach, reflected across all its locations, Armatis is accompanying its development in Madagascar with initiatives focused on training and employment opportunities for young people.

In this context, the Group plans to establish a partnership with a local association located near the site, which has been active for several decades in education, vocational training, and youth integration.

A formal agreement between the two organizations is expected to be signed in the coming months. Each year, the association trains more than one hundred high school graduates, some of whom may have opportunities to join Armatis in customer service, support functions, administrative roles, or digital activities.

This initiative creates a direct bridge between education and employment while opening sustainable career opportunities for young graduates.
