With a strong background and extensive experience in customer relations, Imen Ben Hassine Salloum has held many operational roles, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the customer relationship value chain before moving to strategic responsibilities, both in France and internationally, including Lebanon and Madagascar.
In her new role, Imen Ben Hassine Salloum will focus on accelerating the industrialization of performance and management tools, strengthening synergy between production teams and support functions, and fostering a company-wide culture emphasizing clear indicators, operational efficiency, and human value. Her deep knowledge of onsite challenges and client expectations gives her a 360° perspective on the profession.
