Armatis, a French pioneer in customer experience, has announced the appointment of Martin Dufourcq as Chief Executive Officer of Armatis Technology, the Group’s new subsidiary dedicated to technology solutions for customer relations.
After joining the Group’s Management Board in June 2024 to oversee Strategy and Solutions, Martin Dufourcq will now be responsible for leading the development of Armatis Technology. The subsidiary’s mission is to design, develop, distribute, and operate innovative solutions that enhance customer experience.
This new entity already brings together 30 employees in France and Poland, supports over 30 clients, and generates revenue exceeding €3 million.
In his new role, Martin Dufourcq will continue to drive the momentum of the NOVA strategic plan. One of his key objectives will be to support the market launch of SquAire, the suite of technology solutions developed by Armatis Technology, while strengthening the Group’s positioning as a people, tech & data company.
“The creation of Armatis Technology is both the continuation and acceleration of our journey into technology. We were trailblazers 15 years ago with the launch of our omnichannel customer process orchestration platform.”
“With Armatis Technology, we are ramping up our investment and evolving our organization to better and more rapidly meet the market’s expectations for end-to-end technological enablement. Our approach will continue to seek the right balance between human and technology, ensuring we develop systems that uphold the highest standards in data sovereignty and application security.”
— Martin Dufourcq, CEO of Armatis Technology
