  • Monitoring and improvement of performance: real-time reproduction of business results and quality levels on personalised tables for each function. And as for managers, they can check results and performances in real time. The tool also integrates a calculation module enabling employees to estimate their pay levels, which vary each month depending on performance.
  • Continuing training: a wide range of training modules is accessible to improve employees’ sectoral and professional knowledge.
  • Experience sharing between employees: practical exchanges on such subjects as management of complex cases, for example, or the making of a major sale.
