In 2019, Armatis undertook a thorough review of its Code of Ethics. This revision had a dual objective: to ensure full compliance with the latest regulatory requirements and to encompass all interactions with our stakeholders.

As a result, ethics are now actively promoted across our economic, social, and local environments. To support this commitment, we have implemented a secure, external whistleblowing mechanism for reporting substantiated cases of inappropriate behavior.

Fully aware of our duties and responsibilities, Armatis has established a dedicated structure to implement an ambitious data protection policy—an essential element of trust for all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and partners, employees and candidates, consumers, users, and citizens.

Integrity, confidentiality, and complete transparency in data management are guiding principles for all Armatis business practices.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures have been defined and implemented to ensure effective protection throughout the entire data lifecycle.

All Group employees—key players in data protection—receive training and ongoing awareness on GDPR-related issues.
